Requests for Charitable Donations
America's Incredible Pizza Company is committed to the communities we serve and is pleased to contribute to worthy causes. We receive hundreds of requests each month, and make a concerted effort to accommodate as many requests as possible. In an effort to allow organizations who have not benefited from a donation from Incredible Pizza, we will only allow one request per quarter. Please use the following guidelines when submitting charitable requests.
Guidelines for Charitable Donations:
- The Donation Request Form must be completely filled out. This form is available online.
- A request for donation and a description of the event on your Company or Organization's letterhead is required.
- Explain how the donation will be recognized in promotion of the event, at the event and post-event.
- Requests must be received at least six weeks prior to the event or any media deadlines.
Please allow fourteen days to process your request. Incredible Pizza will respond to your request either way, via fax, phone or email. Please do not call Incredible Pizza regarding the status of your request. All approved donations will be available for pickup from the Cashier's Desk at the store. We will notify you with the date. After the event, please send a thank you note to acknowledge receipt of the donation and include any photos taken at the event. Incredible Pizza does not make cash donations. We do have Fundraising Packages available for qualifying organizations.
Incredible Pizza does not make contributions to the support of:
- Endowments.
- Organizations that discriminate on the basis of race, religion, sex or national origin.
- Political or partisan organizations or candidates.
- Organizations established to influence legislation or specific elections individuals.
