Amber Mattingly's Bio:
Amber graduated in 1999 from Baylor University. She then continued with her college career and graduated in 2003 from George W. Truett Theological Seminary with a Masters of Divinity. She started Hesed Consulting in 2007. She came to be with the IPC Foundation in the fall of 2007
