The Jeremiah ProjectWe first became aware of this Incredible ministry through emails sent to us by Harmony Baptist Church in Rogersville, MO. Harmony Baptist Church believes deeply in the ministry as it was one of their youth who had the dream and felt the call to go. The Jeremiah project begins with a lunch program and then provides afternoon activities. Larenda Haden (the youth with a dream) says, "while these precious children are receiving a nutritional meal each weekday they are also receiving much more; an education in the basics of language and math, learning about God through His word, and learning to just be kids, to play, to laugh, to dream…learning to hope for the first time." |

The IPC Foundation began sponsoring their transformation and development work in 2008, and we are happy to be a part of all they are doing there. The family says this about their calling to serve in East Africa, "It is our joy to serve the people of East Africa. We have longed to make a difference in the lives of hurting people. Our "calling" is sure and our task is clear. As a family, our prayer rings out, "Maximize our lives for the greatest impact in a place where love and hope are needed most." |
